schema therapy lifetraps

I so happened to find my schema therapy of life traps questionnaires among my tray of rough papers. This therapy was conducted by my church some time ago for us to find out what are our life traps. AND i decided to give it a try again. This time round, I realised I scored lower than my previous scores. I probably grew more confident of myself compared to 2 years ago back then. Amazingly, no matter how perfect a person is, there bond to be some life trap he/she has been facing. That explains why some people realised their partners are different after dating. It's because their partners have been suffering from this life traps deep inside them and it's only revealed to people who are very very closed to them. i.e their partners.
My highest was abandonment followed by approval seeking & insufficient self control
Basically there's 18 life traps.
1. emotional deprivation - when u feel like there's no one to take care of your emotional needs
2. abandonment - afraid of being left alone
3. social isolation - feel alienated with people, prefer to be alone
4. defectiveness - feel like there's something wrong about u. critical about things that are not right
5. failure - afraid of failing & see it as a bad thing for failing
6. dependence - relying on your family or partners much more than u rely on yourself or you don't rely on yourself at all
7. vulnerability - feel that you're weak & easily intimidated by others
8. enmeshment - the feeling of cant escape for something you done wrong i.e guiltness
9. subjugation - must take control of everything
10. emotional inhibition - afraid of showing your true feelings
11. unrelenting standards - high expectations of everything, perfectionist.
12. entitlement - people own you. they should do things to please u
13. insufficient self control - lack of discipline & management
14. approval seeking - needy of attention & approval from people
15. negativity/pessimism - always feel that things will go bad. critical
16. punitive - blaming yourself after things don't seem to go correctly or feeling that you deserved to be punished for making a mistake
17. self sacrifice - putting other needs before you, neglecting your own needs
18. Mistrust/abuse - afraid to trust people

what's yours?
