OMG! help!
I'm so tired.. This is the peak period of studying.

What is love?

I'm sure many people would be puzzled about the real definition of love. Many people in this world do not know what love is all about. Many were disillusioned, blinded by love. And some can even mistreat love who then end up also mistreating their loved ones, which in turn, hurt the people around them.
Well, I think the best definition of love can only be found in the bible

1 Corinthians 13:4-12 (New International Version)

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Well, this verse totally described what love is all about. Yet in this world, many people are corrupted with evil doings, greed, lust, addictions, gambling, materialism and many more. This lead to failed relationships. I can say majority of men lust everyday. That is why many married men got involved in affairs etc. They are tempted by seductive women and by their honey coated words. People especially men love to be in control who then ended up being too possessive over their relationships. Controlling their girlfriends, checking up who called them and always insisting in meeting everyday can be very annoying overtime. Couples who ended up quarreling all the time felt that they have no more love in their relationship. This is partly due to couples who showed their true colours after some time. And partly due to many occasions of tolerance which made them could not tolerant each other anymore. While women on the other hand are tempted by the material world. They go to men who can provide them a luxurious life.

Then come to think of it, where is the love?

People think that gifts are love. Yes they are but love can also be expressed in many other ways such as words of affirmation, spending quality time, acts of service and physical touch. All these are called Love Language. Everyone has their higher love language out of the 5.

However, if people do practice out real love, many problems would be reduced. Friends, family and couples can then live in peace. And especially with the love/blessings from God, Christians/believers are given better opportunities because we have a relationship with Him to guide us with life. HOW?? through the bible, praying and by going to church services.
